22-03 BRICK
The 22-03 BRICK is an overdrive engineered to capture the raw texture and roar of the legendary 100W, single-channel Marshall JCM800. We’re talking about the iconic 2203 circuit—the first Marshall to feature a Master Volume back in 1975, changing the sound of rock forever.
Our goal was simple: to put that unmistakable British "bite" into a pedalboard-friendly format. We’ve meticulously tuned the circuit to replicate the exact compression and rich harmonic texture of a cranked JCM800 with the Master Volume set to 7—the undisputed sweet spot for that classic arena-rock crunch.
True Amp-Like Dynamics:Just like the head that inspired it, the 22-03 BRICK is all about the feel. It boasts incredible touch sensitivity and headroom, cleaning up beautifully just by rolling back your guitar’s volume or lightening your pick attack—even when the gain is pinned. Whether you need a subtle grit or a high-gain wall of sound, the BRICK delivers the soul of a 100W stack in a compact, rugged housing.
CONTROLS
Gain: Adjusts the overall saturation. Turn it clockwise to increase the grit, harmonic richness, and sustain.
Voice: Shapes the texture and midrange response. Turn it counter-clockwise (CCW) for a "scooped" and grainy vibe; turn it clockwise (CW) for a more focused and "flat" response.
Presence: Boosts the high-end and "air" (super-treble) as you turn it clockwise. Perfect for adding that final bit of bite and clarity.
Master: Controls the total output volume. Turn it clockwise to push your signal and find the perfect level for your rig.

Every UTOPIA pedal is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We’ve got your back: internal components are covered for life. Footswitches, toggles, pots and the finish include a 1-year warranty. In these cases, the owner is only responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
Please note that the warranty is void if the pedal shows signs of misuse—such as using the wrong voltage or polarity, liquid damage, or any unauthorized mods to the original circuit.
